WISeR at 90 days — what actually happened

A lot has been written about WISeR since it launched January 15. Most of it is either CMS defending the design or advocacy groups calling for it to be killed. I wanted something different: a clear-eyed look at what the first quarter actually looked like on both sides of the portal — the six vendors running it, and the providers living with it.
